We strive to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day with delivery the next working day (Mon - Friday 9am - 6.00pm) after payment has been received. We use the best couriers available to us to ensure that your product is received on time and in great condition.
Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the item as signatures are required and always provide a mobile number to get updates from the courier via text message.
Missed Deliveries
Please note that any missed deliveries due to the courier being unable to deliver the items and get a signature will be sent back to us after the 3rd failed attempt.
There is a re-delivery charge for this and it is required to be paid before we resend out the order, if you wish to cancel the order this cost will be deducted from the payment and the balance sent back to you.

We will try to resolve the issue as fast as possible. If you are unsure if this item is correct please contact us with your registration or chassis number!
Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
We must be informed of any return requests within 7 days of the original order date.
Faulty or Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we are happy to collect the item and either replace the item from you or refund you in full. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.
Items returned as faulty will be sent for testing before a replacement or refund can be offered (assuming the product is found to be faulty).
Certain items carry a test fee. If the item is found to be not faulty, there is often a test fee passed to us and this will need to be covered before the non-faulty part can be returned.
Distance Selling Regulations – Unwanted items
Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 30 working days as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers must notify us by email within 30 working days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items.
Unwanted Items – returning outside of 30 days
Please be advised that the following charges will apply if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item ordered outside of the 30 day returns period;
Small Items - £8.00
Large Items- £20.00
Pallet items- £50.00
